Prologue

Heartbroken. All because of a guy. Dammit. I shouldn’t have met him at the first place. I should’ve known who he was.

I stepped on the pedal again. Harder. I wanna run from everything, even the world.

Driving on the straight road, although the sun still there and the eve still have not released its veil, there was nobody to be seen. I’m alone.

I stepped on the pedal again. And it’s getting darker. Feeling strange, I bent down my neck and head slightly to check on the watch in my pocket. It’s not even near to the night. It was still 3 p.m.

I headed back to the road again. My sight was getting blurry. It was getting darker, as dark as night.

Suddenly, I see something like wings on the road. Dark wings. I flash on the car high light and it shone on the glittery wings and it stroked my eyes hard as I couldn’t see anything. That figure seemed startled of the light and it turned its back. A beautiful guy, I saw, was staring at me. I stepped on the brake when I realized that it was too late.

I didn’t remember anything after that till I found myself stuck on a weird place.
